The NEXT-GEN-Store is the first online configurator for polyurethane metering machines and enables customers to configure their machines according to their own requirements. This offers transparency and flexibility for purchasing decisions and marks a significant step towards the digitalization of the polyurethane industry.
The NEXT-GEN store can be accessed via the Hennecke homepage and customers can use it without registering. The store started with the ECOPLUS MK2 and was recently expanded to include the HIGHLINE MK2. The IMPACT MK2 will be added in the fourth quarter of 2024, followed by the TOPLINE MK2 at the beginning of 2025.
A central element is the AI-driven Machine Selection Intelligence, which helps users to find the right metering machine. The AI asks specific questions and recommends the ideal machine system. This is particularly helpful for users who are unsure which machine meets their requirements.
The platform offers quick and easy configuration of the machines. Users select the country of use and define technical specifications. The NEXT-GEN-Store provides a quick overview of Hennecke's metering machines and also allows users to view the individually configured machine directly at the intended location in their own production facility using augmented reality (AR) - down to the centimeter.
